1. Daily maintenance: Clean the CNC machine tool daily, check whether the coolant, lubricating oil, pneumatic system, wires and cables, and hydraulic system are normal, and ensure the smooth operation of the machine.
2. Weekly maintenance: Replace lubricating oil, clean filters, check hydraulic oil level and pressure, pneumatic system pressure, wire and cable connections, and temperature of spindle and feed shaft bearings every week to ensure that all indicators are normal.
3. Monthly maintenance: Conduct in-depth maintenance every month, including replacement of hydraulic oil and coolant, inspection of electrical components, and detection and adjustment of machine tool accuracy, to ensure the normal operation of the machine tool.
4. Quarterly maintenance: Replace the drive belt, check the motor, adjust the clearance between moving parts, clean the limit switch, clean the hydraulic station, etc. every quarter to ensure that all parts of the machine tool are working properly.
5. Annual maintenance: Conduct comprehensive maintenance every year, including appearance, components, CNC system, lubrication, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components, to ensure the stable operation of the machine tool.
Through these regular maintenance tasks, sudden failures of machine tools can be avoided, the service life of equipment can be extended, and production efficiency can be improved.
